- Didier Rouillard has been with Quadient since 2007. After several senior management roles in Quadient in different countries, he is now responsible for the Digital NOW program. Together with an agile internal/external team, Digital Now is the Quadient Digital transformation consulting program specialized in digital customer interactions; the focus being on working towards the digital transformation processes that are connecting enterprises with their clients.
- Guilhem Boucon has been with PARAGON since 2007. He joined this former medium “printing only” company as Industrial Director for France, in order to develop new capabilities and extend the offer range. Together with agile internal and external growth programs and initiatives, he now runs Paragon Customer Communications Western Europe, providing “business process” and “customer communication” transformation, connecting major Brands to their consumers, Administrations to their citizens, Enterprises to their stakeholders (suppliers, employees, etc.,) as a 360° omnichannel experiences provider that transform and deliver brilliant & efficient “customer communications” and “business process” management.
- Rocco Marra is the COO & Board Member at eGlue, a CCM service provider based in Milan. Historically, eGlue is as a print provider, but eGlue’s view of itself has expanded since 2008. Now, eGlue helps its clients make digital transformations of their own. Rocco is also an adjunct professor of Communication Theory and Technology at Università Bicocca in Milan.
