Before Quadient AP, Super Mix encountered various challenges managing their accounts payable. The lack of a seamless interface with their ERP system, Sage 500, and the manual handling of invoices and expense reports were major concerns. To make matters worse, approval channels were non-existent, requiring one person to physically bring all invoices to the office — a time-consuming and inefficient process.

Before implementing Quadient AP, Super Mix spent a significant amount of time on data entry, authorization, and tracking the source of invoices and purchase orders. However, with Quadient AP, the process became much more streamlined and efficient. They reduced their data entry time from two full days per week for two dedicated employees, to just one day a week spread across the entire team.
