HM Document Solutions (HMDS) is a department within enGen that provides end-to-end document and digital solutions to the healthcare industry. HMDS puts clients like Blue Cross Blue Shield and American Express first by providing a full capability of self-service with Quadient Inspire. Utilizing Inspire, a fully integrated, any-premise enterprise CCM solution, HMDS is able to “generate documents that are 300 pages in length, drop batch files, produce multiple documents at one time, and have a very large stream go through in a short amount of time,” eliminating the need for manual coding to get just one document through.
