Last year, we overhauled our Customer Communication Partner Program to accelerate the development of our partner ecosystem and enable Quadient teams to develop and focus on our most committed partners.

The new “Experience Partner Program” introduces a variety of changes that are primarily designed to increase the benefits to our most committed partners and enable us to take advantage of the 9% adjusted CAGR of the 1.9b$ market until 2025* (with even stronger growth expected for cloud solutions).

These changes provide increased visibility to our customers and prospects when they need to find a Quadient partner based in their region. For example, our Partner Finder will list all Experience Partners for each region based on their current partner tier.

The Experience Partner Program allows all different types of partners, from system integrators to delivery partners and value-added resellers (VARs), to better leverage the Quadient Inspire solution (both SaaS/Cloud and AnyPrem), which was recently named a Leader in the 2022 IDC MarketScape for Cloud Customer Communications Management (CCM).

We are continuously focused on advancing our CCM software capabilities and reaching new, adjacent markets, while expanding our ecosystem to provide increased opportunities to our partners and enhanced value to our customers. Two examples of recent technology partnerships include:

  • BlueRush is a fast-growing, SaaS company that provides personalized, interactive video software that simplifies complex information through visual storytelling. They are a perfect fit for companies looking to expand beyond traditional digital communications to create deeper engagement. BlueRush won Quadient’s Technology of the Year award.
  • Daylight is another fast-growing, SaaS company that simplifies the creation of experiences that collect and deliver data via intelligent forms. Combined with Quadient Inspire, Daylight delivers business-critical information and data seamlessly across organizations and provides targeted, personalized customer communications.

In the coming weeks, we will provide more spotlights on our technology partners’ capabilities that can be leveraged to address the needs of our Inspire clients.

Our Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and system integrator partners can leverage these increased opportunities to extend their customer footprint or deliver new, innovative solutions to customers for their ongoing digital customer communications.
