LALUX chose Quadient Inspire for its flexibility and ability to adapt to business needs. Partnering with integrator Sword, the transition was rolled out gradually—starting with a Proof of Concept (POC) in one department before widespread implementation.

  • Phased deployment by department
  • Reduction of 1,000 templates to 530 for greater simplicity
  • Automation and standardisation of document processes
