How LALUX transformed its customer communications thanks to Quadient

As a major player in the insurance sector, LALUX has embarked on a major digital transformation to modernise its customer communication tools. The aim? To migrate to Quadient Inspire to optimise document management and digitise processes that were still heavily dependent on paper.

The LALUX teams chose Quadient Inspire for its flexibility and adaptability to business needs. Working with integrator Sword, the transition was carried out gradually, with an initial Proof of Concept (POC) deployment in one department before widespread adoption.
