While serving a population of over five million across seven UK counties and employing over 7,000 staff. The West Midlands Ambulance Service's HR department realised that operating with physical documents not only resulted in the difficult task of finding storage space, but also that it was a drain on staff productivity.
In 2018, with help from Quadient, they decided to go paperless.
