In this video, we provide an overview of Inspire Evolve and its key components: Content Author, Front Office, and Generate.
To get started with Inspire Evolve, you'll begin by using Content Author. This feature helps you create the basic framework or wireframe for your communication templates. It guides you through building a simple correspondence piece that can be delivered through email, SMS, or other channels.
Once you have a base template, Content Author enables you to add content, apply styles and formatting, and incorporate personalization elements. You can include variables like the customer's first name and even add a signature or image for a personalized touch. Content Author makes it easy to preview your communication and ensure it aligns with your brand identity.
Next, you can set up additional channels such as email and SMS. The process remains similar, using a Word document as the content source and customizing it with personalization elements. You can preview each channel to see how the communication will appear to the customer.
After setting up all the desired channels, you're ready to finalize the communication. Notably, the same dataset and content can be used across all channels, simplifying the process. Once you've completed the setup, you can publish the template and move on to the Front Office application.
Using Front Office, you can generate the output and send the communication to the designated email address and phone number. Once sent, you can review the communication in your email inbox and on your phone. The final result will closely resemble the template you created, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
