Instructions

Follow these video instructions to set up your customized signature or follow the written instructions below.
  1. Fill out the information in the form
  2. Click on the generate signature button
  3. Highlight the newly created signature and press Control+C or Command+C to copy the signature
  4. Open a new Microsoft Outlook mail
  5. From the Signature dropdown menu, select Signatures
  6. Click New Button to create a new signature
  7. Press Control + V or Command + V to paste the signature
  8. Click Save
  9. Close edit signature window
