Quadient AP Automation Microsoft Dynamics NAV Integration

Using our SyncTool you'll have the ability to sync data between MS Dynamics NAV and Quadient AP Automation at the press of a button or at scheduled times set by you.

We import the lists needed to create an AP invoice such as GL account, vendor, and currency.

MS NAV 2018 (version 11) or later and Business Central On-Prem Version 13 or later. Please note Business Central Cloud is currently not supported. 

Currently taxes are not supported. 

Imported POs are not currently supported but you can create purchase orders in the Quadient AP Automation purchase order module.

Using the approval delegation feature, you have the ability to permanently replace an approver with another approver so that any invoice or purchase orders can continue on their approval workflow. Once a permanent delegation is set, you can deactivate the approver.
