Hélène Boulet-Supau (55, French) is graduate of ESSEC Business School. She began her career at Arthur Andersen and then joined Groupe Pierre et Vacances, where she held several positions between 1991 and 2000, notably as Chief Financial Officer. She went on to work as a financial consultant, before taking the helm at Larroque. Since 2007, she has been Chief Executive Officer and a shareholder of Sarenza, a leading online footwear and leather goods website. The ratification of the appointment of Hélène Boulet-Supau to the Group’s Board of Directors was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2017. Hélène Boulet-Supau’s mandate was first renewed at the General Meeting of 29 June 2018 for a three-year term, and was again renewed 1 July 2021 for a three-year term, which means until the General Meeting called to vote on the financial statements for the financial year ending 31 January 2024.
