Yes, user access and permissions can be defined at any level of the organizational hierarchy, which is customizable. For example, a user could have access to invoices related only to their department within one of the legal entities managed.

Yes. Customers can view and approve invoices and expenses, as well as upload invoices or expense receipts. The Quadient AP mobile app is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

All modules except for the Invoices module are optional. However, using all four modules eliminates the cost and time required to manage separate AP systems and applications.

Quadient AP integrates with a range of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sage 100, Sage 300, NetSuite, and more. Please visit our integration section to learn more.

Yes, provided we integrate with your client’s ERP, we can integrate each instance into a single Quadient AP account. Quadient AP has a true multi-entity experience so that you can view invoices, purchase orders, payments, and expenses from multiple entities in a single consolidated view.

Depending on your partner level (see above table under Partner Program), partners can access training webinars, 1:1 training, online certification; and resources such as case studies, white papers, and battle cards.

Approvals can be triggered by the module (POs, Expenses, Invoices, & Payments), and by any criteria invoices are coded to, such as dollar thresholds, vendors, departments, and/or account codes.

You can refer unlimited clients, and you will be rewarded for every client that signs up to Quadient AP.
