FGA Capital UK Ltd is a company specialising in providing funding solutions for the purchase of motor vehicles manufactured by Fiat Group Automobiles and other prestigious brands. Founded in 1997 as Fiat Auto Financial Services, FGA Capital is a UK leader in financial and insurance services for its respective car manufacturers, dealers, fleet owners and individual customers.

FGA Capital receives a steady influx of documents, letters and cheques pertaining to vehicle ownership across all their brands. These include Direct Debit instruction forms, general statements, letters of authority, end of agreement notifications, cheques and remittance advice slips, and other contact letters. Having recently taken this customer account work back in-house, FGA created a dedicated retail operations department to be responsible. Recognising that a lot of staff time can be wasted on manual processing, FGA decided to make as much of the data paperless as possible before entering the business. This would require an outsourced operation to handle the paper originals.
