Quadient a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, will host its Inspire Days 2023 Europe flagship user conference March 20-22 in London, with this year’s theme “Powering Digital Experiences.” One of today’s foremost customer experience (CX) events, Inspire Days will feature a host of engaging CX experts and four tracks designed for a wide range of experience levels, including those new to Quadient Inspire as well as for seasoned veterans looking for technical deep dives and how-to sessions.
The conference draws Quadient Inspire users, partners and experts for insightful and thought leadership business strategy and technical breakout sessions. The event begins with an evening welcome reception on Monday, March 20, and two days worth of general and breakout sessions will follow. Adam Firbank, a senior consultant at Aspire, will present “Cutting Through the Digital Noise: Creating Meaningful and Unique Customer Experiences in a Changing World,” on March 21. A variety of Quadient Inspire users will share their experiences, such as Legal & General, which will share its inspiring transformational story. Additionally there will be a Demo Theatre, where attendees can ask experts questions and view demonstrations on omnichannel orchestration and personalised video technology.
