Karim Ben-Jaafar is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales at Quadient, a role he began after Quadient acquired Beanworks, an accounts payable automation software company where Karim served as President and Chief Revenue Officer and was responsible for developing the company's revenue-generation and go-to-market strategies.
For nearly 20 years, Karim has developed an expertise in sales, marketing, and customer experience while building predictable revenue engines for multiple tech companies. Beanworks is the fourth company Karim has led to a successful exit.
He credits his success to loving what he does, and controlling how he does it. Karim shares this philosophy both with his team at Quadient and during guest lectures to business students at various universities.
