Vincent Mercier

Vincent Mercier is 74 years old and a French citizen. He is a civil engineering graduate from the École des Mines and has a Masters in economic science, as well as an MBA from Cornell University (United States) For 10 years, he was one of the heads of the Industrial Development Institute while teaching strategy at HEC. He has extensive experience in the Service and Retail industries, having been a member of Wagons-Lits and then Carrefour Group’s executive committees. Until 2014, he was Chair of the Supervisory Board of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he served as director for France and China until 2010. Vincent Mercier was appointed director of Neopost S.A. at the General Meeting of July 7, 2009. 

Vincent Mercier werd benoemd tot bestuurder van Quadient S.A. op de jaarlijkse algemene vergadering van 7 juli 2009. Zijn mandaat werd verlengd op 29 juni 2018 en op 1 juli 2021 en 14 juni 2024 door de Algemene Vergadering, die zal stemmen over de jaarrekening voor het boekjaar dat eindigt op 31 januari 2027.
