Quadient selected to speak at the National Postal Forum, May 6-9 in San Antonio, Texas
The National Postal Forum (NPF) is well known to be a great event for educational sessions and networking. Quadient is proud to have several speakers and educational workshop sessions selected for this year’s NPF in San Antonio, Texas, May 6-9.
As you review the matrix of educational sessions available, be sure to work the following sessions into your busy schedule:
- “Is Data Processing Automation Right for You?” will be presented by Senior Director of Postal Affairs, Bob Schimek. In this session, Schimek will discuss the constantly increasing demand for continued change. New services, capabilities, and customers are critical for continued success. Data processing automation is the key to increase efficiency, hold or reduce costs, and add new technology. You will find this session on Sunday May 6th, Period 3, in room 303A. Bob has been a regular speaker at NPF and co-presented one of the highest rated workshops at last year’s NPF in Baltimore.
- “Best Practices in Customer Experience” will be co-presented by Product Portfolio Manager, Arianna Valentini and Senior Director of Postal Affairs, Bob Schimek. In this session Valentini and Schimek will discuss how to get started on a strategy for improving customer experience and how to become a customer experience change agent. They will also share best practices for interconnecting channels and experiences. You will find this session on Tuesday May 8th, Period 14, room 303A.
- “Hot Topics in Addressing – An Industry Perspective” will be presented by Senior Director of Postal Affairs, Bob Schimek. In this session Schimek will discuss new data elements that the Postal Service is making available to mailers, recent changes around Move Update, hot topics from the past year, and some of the new requirements that will be coming with the next CASS cycle. You will find this session on Tuesday May 8th, Period 11, room 303BC. Bob is currently serving as the Vice Chair of MTAC - Mailers Technical Advisory Committee and regularly attends User Group #5 meetings which are focused on Addressing: Technology and Business Strategy.
- “MTAC Update” will be co-presented by MTAC Industry Chair, Wanda Senne and MTAC Vice-Chair, Bob Schimek. In this session Senne and Schimek will discuss the role of MTAC in the mailing industry and provide an update on the wide variety of activities taking place in MTAC User Groups, Work Groups, and Task Teams. You will find this session on Sunday May 6th, Period 6, room 304A.
