Quadient 2022 Experience Partner Awards
Launched in 2021, the Experience Partner Program is a global program designed to engage and empower businesses to expand their customer experience offerings with Quadient’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) technology and expertise.
The program was revamped and relaunched with a mission to provide partners with easy access to the Inspire support, training, and certifications needed to grow their business and capture new market opportunities. Over the course of 2022, we welcomed new partners to the program, while seeing existing partners maximize the value of our solutions and achieve incredible results.
At our annual user conference, Inspire Days Americas and Inspire Days Europe, we were proud to debut the latest enhancement to our partner program: the Experience Partner Awards.
Introduced during our annual CX Transformers Awards ceremony, the Experience Partner Awards are a unique collection of awards exclusively designed to recognize partners for their excellence in supporting the implementation, delivery, and customer success of our CXM solutions. Open to Quadient partners around the world, the awards included five key categories: Global Partner of the Year, Technology Partner of the Year, Americas Partner of the Year, Americas Break-through Partner of the Year, and Americas Services Partner of the Year.

Global Awards
Global Partner of the Year: Canon
Canon and Quadient's partnership in helping businesses transition to digital resulted in strong sales bookings and new projects for North America and Europe in 2022. Supporting both the local region and the Nordics, Canon's Netherlands-based EMEA Competency Center helped drive success, as seen by the center's strong customer satisfaction ratings. Providing strong Inspire delivery capabilities with its more than 50 certified consultants, Canon has been advancing its support for Quadient’s new, cloud-based solutions, including Quadient Inspire Evolve.
Global Technology Partner of the Year: Daylight
Daylight and Quadient announced a technology partnership in 2022 that is designed to help customers of both companies expedite digital transformation and improve customer loyalty. Daylight and Quadient’s integration enables businesses to capture, validate, and deliver business-critical data and provide targeted, personalized customer communications from any channel. The collaboration has already led to significant public sector deployment in the U.S.
