Established in 1985, Paragon is a leading specialist lender of buy-to-let mortgages to landlords and residential property investors in the UK, a loan servicing provider for third party clients and an active acquirer of loan assets and portfolios and has most recently established a banking subsidiary, Paragon Bank.

Three main operational buildings in the Solihull area of the West Midlands house the bulk of Paragon’s business areas. A Document Management Review was undertaken by Paragon of the divisions which receive, action and distribute the largest amounts of documentation - through physical or electronic means. The review suggested that efficiencies could be made by a better use of technology and some changes to business processes.
