Established in 1987, Halsalls Solicitors Ltd is one of the UK's leading law firms specialising exclusively in personal injury litigation. They have resoled to implement a step-by-step conversion to digital case management.
Operating from two buildings in the same business park, Halsalls receive approximately 1000 post items each day, typically composed of around three A4 page sides per item. These consist of court documents, client letters, third party solicitor letters and general correspondence, medical reports and cheques.
Halsalls were looking for a digital mailroom solution that would handle post items relating to claims through a front-end scanning procedure, and relieve the burden and delays associated with shuttling mail items from one building to the other via internal post.
