Royal Mail International Cyber Incident
Royal Mail has advised us that they are experiencing severe disruption to their international export services following a cyber incident.
Royal Mail is temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations. They strongly recommend that you temporarily hold any export mail while they work to resolve the issue. Items that have already been despatched may be subject to delays. Royal Mail would like to sincerely apologise to impacted customers for any disruption this incident may cause.
Royal Mail is working around the clock to resolve this disruption and we will update you as soon as they give us more information. This incident has been reported to the relevant regulatory and security authorities.
This incident relates to Royal Mail and their systems. This is not an incident relating to Quadient systems or the data that we hold.
